At Just Because, we are committed to your satisfaction. While we do not offer cash refunds, we provide store credit for eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Store credit can be used to purchase any of our products, giving you the opportunity to find the perfect replacement or try something new.

Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification with details about your store credit. Store credit is provided in the form of a unique code that you can apply during checkout.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that personalized or custom-made items, gift cards, and downloadable products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Using Your Store Credit

To use your store credit, simply enter the unique code provided to you during the checkout process. The value of the store credit will be applied to your order, and any remaining balance can be used for future purchases.
